- Q4 Our minds work faster than we can most often! Ideas are there, execution takes longer. As for DNA - about 8 months ago. #getrealchat

- Q4 Well social is just part of marketing integration, right? But the insights are real time. Social gives us broad look at… #getrealchat

- Q6 Yes, we leverage social networks differently. Not even for business objectives, but because diff. people use diff. platforms #getrealchat
- Q6 Or are going to Walgreens (we can see their tweets saying this) Foursquare is used for check-in giveaways, flash specials #getrealchat
- Q6 Our FB community is a broad base of people who use Walgreens. Twitter, largely, is filled with people who GO to Walgreens #getrealchat
- Q7: What social network does @Walgreens see the most engagement? #getrealchat
- Q7 Depends. Quick volume (~1 hour) FB. But sustainable volume, if we’re running a giveaway, could be a whole day on Twitter #getrealchat
- Q7 On Foursquare we always see consistency, since we’re one of the most checked in places on that platform. #getrealchat
- Q8: I see younger crowd going to @Walgreens here in Tampa. Is this a goal for @Walgreens to attract younger audience? #getrealchat
- Q8 With emerging media, any brand that decides to take advantage of the space will automatically attract that audience. #getrealchat
- Q8 And we do work to ensure that everyone feels welcome in social with @Walgreens, not just a certain type of person #getrealchat

- Q10 When you stay proactive and not reactive, you’ll do great things. #getrealchat
